Off Leash Areas

Your pooch will be puffed just by running around the property. But for a change of scenery there are a number of designated off leash areas nearby. Try the Brambles Reserve at Tarbuck Bay, Sandbar/Cellito Beach and Coomba foreshore.

Lunch at The Recky

Grab lunch on the lawn at The Recky (Pacific Palms Recreation Club) in Elizabeth Beach. Dogs aren’t allowed inside but there is plenty of seating on the lawn and its located on the shores of Wallis Lake so your dog can cool off in the water.

Terms & Conditions

Please review our terms and conditions prior to booking and staying. There are particular terms and conditions that you agree upon booking at Warialda.

Tick & Flea Treatment

We recommend dogs be treated for fleas and ticks before arriving or wearing tick and flea collars to avoid bringing or picking up ticks and fleas the area.

Impact On Wildlife

This is a Land For Wildlife property and we’re working towards building habitat gardens that provide protection and food for native animals. We appreciate dogs being kept off the garden beds and away from native animals. If you’d like to explore the bushland past the dam, we ask that dogs be kept on leashes to minimise impact on flora and fauna.

Holiday Behaviour

Dogs that are well-behaved at home, may not be as well-behaved when they are left at an unfamiliar place by themselves. If you think there is a chance your dog may become anxious and destructive once you’ve left for the day please bring a crate so they feel safe and secure without you there

Cleaning Up After Your Dog

We’re a bit hairy when it comes to dog hair and odour on the couches and bedding. We want Warialda to be a place everyone can enjoy and it can take some time to get rid of excessive dog hair. Additional charges may apply for any damage or excessive cleaning that may be required if pet hair, urine, fleas, odour or any evidence of the pet be left behind. Please pick up after your dog with the pooper scooper provided

Liability

Dogs are the responsibility of their owners. We accept no responsibility for death of, loss of, injury or sickness to pets during the accommodation period – full and sole responsibility for the pet and its actions lie with the pet owner and upon acceptance of terms and conditions, guests agree that no legal action (including payment of veterinary accounts) will be taken against the landlord and that no discussion will be entered into.
