Farm To Fridge
To order produce from these and many other local producers, browse the produce and make the order online at farmtofridge.com.au. Orders can be collected at nearby Topi Open Range any day from 10am to 6pm. Topi Open Range is 15 minutes from the property just off the Lakes Way. If you’re coming from Sydney you can easily pick it up on the way.

Casual Dining Options

The Good Food Store
The Good Food Store is for people serious about their coffee. Eat-in for a wholesome, healthy and fresh breakfast or lunch or you can take away. They use a lot of local produce and the delicious treats you’ll see on display are created by another clever local, Nadine The Cake Queen. They’re also dog friendly.

The Recky
On the shores on Wallis Lake in Elizabeth Beach is The Recky (or Pacific Palms Recreation Club). Great for bistro-style food for lunch or dinner. Grab a table on the lawn, on the balcony or inside in the Bistro. You can order the courtesy bus but check their website for times and booking conditions.

Farmer’s Wife Distillery
If heading up from the south, a great stopover is The Farmer’s Wife Distillery in Allworth, about 45 minutes north of Newcastle and 1 hour south of Bungwahl. Its a beautiful gin distillery that also offers seriously delicious food for lunch and friendly service in an industrial style setting. It’s popular so you’ll probably need to book. And just remember, you’ll need a designated driver to get you from there to Bungwahl so it may be best to buy the gin from the gift shop and enjoy it once you get to the property. For those non-gin drinkers, this is your chance to try the locally produced Coastal Brewing Co. beer which is available on tap.

On fruit trees throughout the garden you’ll find apples, pears, plums, apricots, lemons, oranges, limes and ruby grapefruit.

Your Personal Chef
