The House
Warialda has a well-appointed fully furnished three-bedroom house which sleeps up to six people including children comfortably. All amenities can be found on the ground level except for a large loft bedroom upstairs.
The house is suited to families with children or couples. The property is also pet friendly, so pets are welcome with prior approval from owners – and subject to conditions.

Living & Dining
The living and dining area connect seamlessly to the kitchen and expansive back deck. Lit with natural light from the vast windows that look out onto the grounds and bushland.
Sleeping Quarters
There are three bedrooms in total that sleep up to 6 people. One king room, one queen room and a twin room with two king single beds. A portacot is also available upon request.
Main Bedroom With Ensuite
The main bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. It opens up on to the expansive back deck with stunning views of the bush and garden. There is also a work desk in the main bedroom.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. Ideal for kids or adults with two comfortable king single beds.
Loft Bedroom
The loft bedroom upstairs is spacious with a queen bed. The reading chair is great for wet days with a fantastic view of the dam and the bushland.
